Meet Asam
Background
Asam Sheikh was born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, where he received his master's degree in business administration. He eventually made his way to the United States after earning his degree to fulfill the American Dream. He then chose to continue his education in the United States, where he earned a Certificate of Computerized Bookkeeping from Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SCROC), followed by a second Master of Business Degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills and a Certificate of Accounting Award through UCLA Extension. Asam and his wife Jill recently celebrated their 25th anniversary. They are blessed with two wonderful children, Jonathan and Sarah.

Asam's Professional Career
Over 25 years ago, Asam accepted a position at American Honda Motor, Co, Inc. and currently works as a Senior Financial Analyst and North America Project Systems Lead in the Financial Planning & Analysis Department (FP&A). Among his few career highlights, he has represented American Honda in a successful lawsuit and was awarded the Challenging Spirit Award from the President and CEO of the company for his involvement in the NH Circle Virtual Runoff (a company-sponsored program to solve problems and improve processes). During that time of his career, he audited hundreds of Honda and Acura dealers and provided compliance guidelines to successful operations nationwide.
